Missionary Policy

SCRIPTURE: MISSION MINDED:

Matthew 28:19-20 – “Go therefore & make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father & the Son & the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; & lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Acts 1:8 – “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; & you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, & in all Judea & Samaria, & even to the remotest part of the earth.”

Mark 16:15 – “& He said to them, ‘Go into all the world & preach the gospel to all creation.’”

Romans 10:13-14 – “‘Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’  How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed?  How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard?  & how will they hear without a preacher?”

Luke 10:2 – “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

God has called everyone to be His witnesses; to go out and share Who He is with the rest of the world.  To help fulfill this mission today, God has called out His followers.  At Calvary Bible Church, we desire to share our relationship with Jesus Christ to our spheres of influence (locally) and to be involved with enabling our missionaries to do the same (globally).  There is One Mission and One Message – “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, & that He was buried, & that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,” (I Corinthians 15:3-4)
